How to sell PAP-PTC in Mumbai
Updated · Based on DCPR 2034
Have PAP or PTC tenements to offer? Submit them on RePAP with the plot's location and the number of units — our team reviews every submission and lists it on the map, where developers looking within 5 km or in the adjoining wards can find it.
Step by step
- Create a free account (the same account can also buy).
- Choose Sell PAP-PTC and tell us whether it's PAP (Regulation 33(20)(B)) or PTC (Regulation 33(11)).
- Give the plot: ward, village and CTS number — or pick it on the map.
- Enter the number of units; the built-up area is worked out at 33.45 m² (360 ft²) per unit. Add anything else — fungible area, larger tenements — in the notes.
- Our team reviews it and lists it. Follow it under My listings.
Your privacy
Buyers see a public summary only — type, ward, village, units, area and a distance band. Your name, the exact address and your notes are never shown publicly; enquiries come to our team, who handle them with you.
